The adjustable lens sleeve allows for adjusting the position of optical components in the lens sleeve system. These SM1 threaded (1.035 "-40) adjustable lens sleeves have an elongated external threaded portion that accurately positions 1-inch optical elements along the optical axis of the lens sleeve system.

These adjustable lens sleeves are very suitable for fine-tuning the first and last lenses in a lens sleeve system. Although the lens sleeve can be installed in front of the adjustable lens sleeve, it should be fixed in position before installation. Because if the position changes, the lens sleeve also needs to rotate and move freely.

When operating, first install the optical element into the threaded part using the attached snap ring. Then, screw the adjustable lens sleeve into a compatible SM1 threaded lens sleeve or shackle mount until the optical element is in the desired position. Fix the position of the lens sleeve using the attached locking ring. For applications where the locking ring cannot be reached by hand, a snap ring wrench can be used.
