The direct drive translation stage is a long-stroke, high-precision direct drive electrically controlled translation stage product, offering two stroke options of 220mm and 300mm. It is driven by a brushless direct drive motor to eliminate mechanical interference points and uses direct drive technology to avoid backlash. The main structure is made of high-hardness aluminum alloy material, and the guiding mechanism adopts precision linear bearings, which meet the requirements of high rigidity and linearity. The closed-loop feedback of grating rulers is adopted, which improves the accuracy of the product, and the bidirectional repeatability accuracy can reach ±0.25μm. The built-in cable installation makes the product as a whole more simple and beautiful. In combination with the controller and software interface, better accuracy can be achieved.
