Method for achieving precise measurement of manual displacement platform

The measurement methods of high-precision manual displacement platform can be divided into laser triangulation method and laser echo analysis method according to the different measurement principles, which are suitable for high-precision, short distance measurement and remote measurement respectively. Users can choose according to their own needs. The following contents are summarized about laser triangulation method and laser echo analysis method:


1.Laser triangulation


The high-precision manual displacement platform shoots visible red laser through the lens onto the surface of the object to be tested, and then the laser reflected by the object is captured by the internal CCD linear camera using the receiver lens. Depending on the distance, a CCD linear camera can capture this light point at different angles. By using this angle and the known distance between the camera and the laser, the digital signal processor can accurately calculate the distance between the sensor and the detected object.


At the same time, the beam at the position of the receiving component is processed through digital circuits and analog processing, and analyzed by a microprocessor to obtain the corresponding output value. Within the user set analog window, the standard data signal is proportionally output. If switching output is used, it will conduct within the set window, otherwise it will be cut off. In addition, both analog and switch outputs support setting independent detection windows.


2. Laser echo analysis method


To achieve a certain degree of accuracy, high-precision manual displacement platforms can use the principle of echo analysis to measure distance. The processor unit, echo processing unit, laser transmitter, high-precision manual displacement platform, etc. are the main components inside the high-precision manual displacement platform. The high-precision manual displacement platform utilizes a laser transmitter to emit one million laser pulses to the detection object within one second and then return to the receiver. The processor calculates the time required for the laser pulse to encounter the detection object and return to the receiver, thereby accurately calculating the distance value. This output value is the average output of thousands of measurement results. It is also measured by the so-called pulse time method.
