Then for each step of the motor, the linear displacement of the electric stage is 4/200=0.02 mm. In addition, the stepper motor driver has pulse subdivision function. Each movement of the motor can be subdivided. If 8 subdivisions are used, then the linear displacement of the electric stage can theoretically reach the sub-micron level for every movement of the motor.

3. It can realize high-speed movement by changing to different forms of movement conversion. In many applications, it is necessary to increase the movement speed of the translation table. The drive is a high-speed servo motor, and the transmission is a large pitch screw, or a rack and pinion transmission toothed belt. This increases the speed of movement without sacrificing accuracy and stability.
