The ultra-precision differential head is entirely made of stainless steel.
And it comes with an installation thread of M9.5x0.5. A small division of the scale is 2μm, and a large division is 0.01mm. The stroke is all 6.5mm.
The pitch of PFT06-6.5(resolution 0.002) is 0.1mm per turn, the visible resolution is 0.002mm, and the marking ring is purple.
The pitch of PFT06-6.5(resolution 0.004) is 0.2mm per turn, the visible resolution is 0.004mm, and the marking ring is blue.
The spherical spindle end provides single-point contact, minimizing positioning and alignment errors. Kembossing adjustment sleeves increase friction and facilitate operation: laser-engraved scales are clear, wear-resistant and not easy to fall off, durable. This differential head has higher resolution, greater accuracy and more precision.
