Linear & servo motor controller, specifically designed for various displacement stages that require precise control of linear motors and servo motors. This series of controllers offers a variety of model options, ranging from small to high performance, to meet the needs of different application scenarios. They also provide rich software support and flexible communication methods, facilitating system integration for users.

Multiple models are available to meet more application requirements: compact structure, can be flexibly integrated into various application scenarios.

High-performance motion control: The high-performance version of the controller supports circular interpolation, linear interpolation, position memory and arbitrary graphic import, which can meet various complex motion control requirements.


Fine control, outstanding accuracy: When combined with high-performance linear motors and servo motor displacement stages, it can achieve precise positioning, meeting the strict requirements for accuracy.


Strong software support and easy operation: Free standard version SDK, supporting multiple development languages (C/C++, C#, Matlab, LabVIEW, etc.) in Windows and Linux environments, facilitating users' secondary development and system integration.

Flexible communication and seamless connection: Optional EtherCAT bus control is available to achieve high-speed and stable data transmission, facilitating integration with other devices.


Optional EtherCat bus control, with the fastest synchronous control time reaching up to 100μm.

Optional G command control and arbitrary graphic input control functions;

Built-in new generation high-performance linear motor controller;

Supports linear interpolation, arbitrary arc or spatial arc interpolation, helical interpolation, and elliptical interpolation;

The maximum output pulse frequency per axis is 10MHz.

Supports functions such as electronic CAM, electronic gear, position latch, synchronous following, and virtual axis;

Up to 3.2KHz speed response frequency;

The maximum output current of the output port can reach 300mA, which can directly drive some solenoid valves.

With the optional gantry function, it is easy to achieve gantry control for both linear and rotational movements.

It is standard equipped with dual communication interfaces of network port and serial port.

Standard control software is provided, which is ready to use immediately. You can also program and control it yourself using the SDK.

The advanced automatic adjustment function ensures the stable operation of the motor within an inertia ratio of 1 to 250 times, and self-adjusts the gain when the load changes.

High-speed hardware comparison output, the FPGA hardware comparator realizes hardware comparison output of unlimited capacity, which can be used for high-speed photography of cameras and laser control.

Speed ripple compensation effectively reduces speed fluctuations caused by motor force, providing smoother movement.
